Our commitment
Leeds City Cruisers aims to provide a website that can be perceived, operated and understood by as many people as reasonably possible. The design uses clear contrast, responsive layouts, visible focus behaviour, descriptive headings, text alternatives and keyboard-friendly navigation.
Known limitations
Third-party images, embedded services, legacy documents or user-supplied files may not always meet the same accessibility standard. Where a barrier is identified, we will consider an accessible alternative or a practical adjustment.
Help and feedback
If you cannot access information or complete an enquiry, contact us by email or telephone and explain the format or support required. We will aim to provide the information through a suitable alternative channel.
Technical approach
The site is intended to use semantic HTML and modern browser standards. It should be tested before production with keyboard navigation, zoom, common screen readers, contrast checks and mobile devices. Any changes made by the site owner or hosting platform should be re-tested.
Review
This statement is a launch template. It should be updated after a formal accessibility review and should identify any specific non-compliance, planned remediation and contact route for escalation.
